Tthe Eee in the UMPC toilet and giving it stage fright is Acer's Aspire One. It's available with a whopping 80GB hard drive. yet has a case barely bigger than its 8.9inch screen - that's like cramming a piano in to a sock. An 8GB solid state drive version is also available should you want to keep the cost, and risk of it breaking when dropped, down. It can run Linux or Windows XP. weighs less than a kilo and has a pretty decent battery life of 6-hour. It's out now in blue and white. and will soon be available in ahem, pink or brown.
