Acer Aspire 4710’s ergonomics are stunning .Sleek and light this dapper looking machine dressed in a formal black and grey suit, boasts of a 14.1 in LCD and Dolby Digital Live speakers. The high 1280 - 800 pixels resolution of the LCD means that you are guaranteed of exceptional quality when it comes to watching movies or video .However ,given that the screen has a glossy finish it makes sense to keep it away from direct light, especially while chatting as the web camera is located at the top of the screen. Aspire is powered by Intel Core 2 Duo processor running at 1.73Ghz, accompanied by 1Gb RAM, DVD writer ,multimedia card reader, wireless LAN, and a 160GB hard drive. Though it may seem a powerful punch, the graphics chip set is in the Intel GMA 950 form ruling out extreme gaming. This Acer has button dedicated specially to Bluetooth, email client, browser and wireless LAN access. Considering the performance and looks gives a thumbs up to Acer’s Aspire.

I like Acer Aspire 4710 ,Last month my friend also by this laptop.

I like the feature of Wi-Fi connectivity. when it is turned on, will connect to any internet anywhere. That is cool.

I don't like Acer Aspire 4710 .The other's brand are good.

I like Multimedia card reader service. Acer is good in this.

Looks good. Specs are great for its price, But bad product with no service support.

Most Acer products are cheap hence quality is really poor. Aspire 4710 has great specs for its price; hence it turned out to be very poor quality products. In fact, it has a design flaw. While using this product screen turns white and user cannot do any thing. You loose all the work and only option is to cold power off.
Acer has not been to resolve this issue and the service is very poor. Acer has lots of issues with service.
Hence even if price looks very attractive do not buy Acer products because you would be left high and dry, without any support.
They have many hidden and anti-customer terms and conditions on their site regarding warranty.

Do not touch Acer laptops.
