Thread: Aspire 5920 Laptop Webcam Not Found

This message is in connection with the Acer Crystal Eye Webcam on Aspire 5920. I had recently bought the same model and after installing Visual Studio, you have an error page. Therefore, formatted C drive and loaded my own version of Windows. After that, even after installing all drivers and applications available on the CD drivers, my webcam wouldn’t work.

I can try yahoo messenger.cam still works well. But webcam i cannot view shortcut on my desktop and windows explorer. My friend said 1st install Microsoft Visual Basic to find shortcuts webcam. But I do not know much about visual basic.plz me guide version of Visual Studio to open webcam shortcut.

I have the model of Acer 4520-5846, and recently had to reinstall Windows Vista due to an Internet server provider for compatibility issues. This solved the problem of internet and all works great, but ... the webcam works fine when I use msn, but can not find the icon or shortcut? The device manager says that the eye glass is working but I can not send to the desktop or just open it, because there is no way to access.

I feel that Windows Vista is the main problem. I personally do not like this OS. Why don’t you use Windows 7 or Windows XP?
