Thread: has anyone else had problems with acer computer?

That company i a bitch. I cant even find the damn customer service number anywhere. And the costumer handbook don't say nothing that is useful. I been trying to restore my computer for weeks looking on the internet for a solution. Then I went on their website and my model of computer is not even on there. SOME FREE ADVICE FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO BUY A LAPTOP: DONT BUY AN ACER. THEY SOME SHYSTY ASS MUTHAS.Exuse me the damn computer was no cheap i paid 673.94.Exuse me the damn computer was not cheap i paid 673.94.

How true. We students from Ngee Ann Poly, Singapore, has always bashed how terrible their computers are. Their hardware sucks. Will not survive a year and a half without any problem.

My father has one...not impressed with it myself, but he seems to like it

You get what you pay for. Acer's are much cheaper than other brands of computers for a reason. They are CRAP!!

Well, I've had 2 Acer laptops and both served me really well. I've been using the current for 2.5 years now. Their customer service ain't bad either. My boyfriend had been in touch with Australia & Singapore's Acer customer service and they were really helpful and efficient.Here's where we got the customer service numbers. acers are pretty nice computers the only disadvantage is the battery life can be shorter than dell's and macs but other than that there great computers
