The Acer Aspire 5515 is an entry-level notebook computer wanting affordability over superior presentation. Powered by a 1.6GHz AMD Athlon single-core processor, it marks a 15.4" display, 3 GB of RAM and a 160 GB hard drive. With a weight of 6.2 lbs and included Wi-Fi, the 5515 is rather portable, although it lacks Bluetooth and has a battery life of only two hours. With included ATI graphics, the Aspire 5515 is not intended for gaming. Other attributes contain a DVD writer, two USB ports, microphone and elective built-in webcam. Windows Vista Home Basic appears preloaded.
