The 13 inch MacBook Pro is the hottest addition to the famed MacBook Pro series of notebooks. With its unibody aluminum covering this machine is lighter and studier than the older plastic versions.

The new MacBook Pro has regained the FireWire port which was absent in the earlier version. Apple has also added an SD card to the notebook. There are yet a few things that could have been added, and they contain Blu-ray, mobile broadband options and dull screen. The only major drawback with this notebook is that its battery cannot be removed. In fact this difficulty is found on the MacBook Air and 17-inch pro as well. On the benefit, Apple claims that the nonremovable battery will get better the battery life by up to 40%.
