The Macbook Pro has an aluminum unibody case. As the framework has no joints the notebook looks and feels very inflexible. Apple has uninvolved the battery panel from the bottom of this notebook, so users will have complexity removing the battery.

The notebook is less than 1-inch thick and weighs just less than 2.5kg. At this mass and thickness it is ultraportable. Build quality is fine. The notebook looks solid in the hand.

The display is merely wonderful. It supports an appreciably wider range of colors than its earlier version. Viewing angles, particularly horizontal viewing angles, are outstanding. Another nice characteristic of the display is that its luminosity is automatically adjusted to the brightness of the surroundings.
