The most striking feature: the 1200 Nightster rolls on spoke, the Iron to 883 cubic strong cast wheels. And the air-cooled, 45-degree primitive V2 comes in different clothes: gray with polished valve covers on the Nightster, black for the Iron. Also, the belt cover is perforated and the painting of the 1200s differ from the Nightster even two-tone.


Regardless, the two sit with their side columns so casually on the street as James Dean against the wall. We simply climb on. You sit different. The Nightster has a wider handlebars and the seat is uncomfortable, because it has slightly less padding than the Iron counterpart. This difference is also reflected in the height: With 740 mm of the Iron-driver sits 20 millimeters higher than the Nightster pilot. Sausage, both are so deep and cool enough.
