Bajaj Avenger My Avenger has gone through pretty much all the weather changes by now. However, it has been giving me a hard time of late because of the rains. The high rake angle and the long wheelbase tend to make the front end a little skittish and hence braking on the wet surface is tricky sometimes. Had this been the case six months back, it would have added to my list of the most hated aspects of the Avenger.
Nonetheless, within these few months, I seem to have fallen for the Avenger. The bike has never really posed any reliability issues so far. The mileage is acceptable by 200cC standards and the engine responds well duting quick ttaffic maneuvers. There are vibes, but I've gotten used to them now. The seat, however, isn't too comfortable for longer rides. Hence I prefer to leave the Avenger in the parking lot on the weekends.
