Well, I have been living with 125cc bikes since the last seven months and I quite like them in the city. My previous long termer was the XCD125 which was a bit small for my size and I wanted a bigger bike. So, I was handed over the keys of the TVS Flame. The bike has a 125cc engine which develops 10.5PS and 10N m of torque good enough to do an indicated top speed of 93km/h with me on it. The bike has decent pick up which doesn't let me down when I have to accelerate hard. I have to travel 52-54 kilometers a day and the bike delivers a good mileage of around 56-60kmpl with a heavy rider on it. The TVS rubber on the bike provides good grip and sufficient traction to boosting your confIdence when taking comers.

The presence of a front disc brake means loads of braking power allowing stoppies too. The design of the bike makes it appear bigger than other 12Ss available in the market. The console is easy to read and understand and the clock is a very practical piece of equipment. These are the good bits about the bike. ow it's time for a little criticism. The bike has a small issue with the tank as it is a bit small (tank capacity is only 8-litres), making me a frequent visitor to the gas station. Besides this, I haven't been able to spot any other problems with the bike till now.
