Suzuki as much for a long time and early 1990 CBR600 rival, the Suzuki RF600R nearly came up trumps. Almost but not quite.
Engine:
On paper it should have been enough, but to win the 100 horsepower Suzuki RF600R wrist-force required speed and leaves a bit gutless in the midrange. In isolation, it is a decent, versatile and suitable unit.
Equipment:
The Suzuki RF600R is a typical mid-90s Super Sport. Therefore, most of you are there (decent mirrors, fairing fairly comprehensive instrumentation RF flavored etc. Being also means it's a little built at a price (so it lacks the class of the CBR and ZZ-R); however, the Suzuki RF600R is admirably comprehensive and practical for two.
