Mac's website refers to its employees as "chaps". Such a quaintly British word conjures up images ot Spitfires, pipes and getting gently sozzled in pub gardens. The word "website", however, says Twitter and LOLcats. Similarly, the Roarer, like all four of Mac's bikes, is grounded in those of the 30s and 40s, but with a flash of modernity. Built around single-cylinder 500cc Buell engines, each has modern touches like upside-down forks, fuel injection and brakes that, y'know, work. But still you'll get that lovely, thunderous, thumper din.
