Harley gave Low a total change for 2011 to develop its suspension for a softer, more compliant ride, whereas preserving low seat height of 25.3 inches similar as on 2010 edition. But new model’s chassis is so enhanced that revised bike merits a new name. Enter SuperLow for 2011. The reposition seat as well makes room for SuperLow’s new gas tank, larger 4.5-gallon fuel cell that initiate with 2004 XL1200C Custom. The new tank helps lower bike’s shape, yet stretches riding variety. Cruising at 65-70 mph distributes equal to 50 miles per gallon, so you can simply go 200 miles on a tank of gas.

“It’s actually a whole-new bike for us,” even the project manager Greg Falkner says. The consequence is an entrance-level bike that performs so well that SuperLow owners might desire to keep their bike still after they gain more experience and assurance in the saddle.
