The third round of the JK tyre National Racing Championship 2008 was held at the Kari Motor Speedway in Coimbatore on though intermittent showers disrupted the racing schedule. The showers made the racing more interesting but both races of the Formula Rolon category had to be postponed due to heavy rain, and will be conducted in the following round in Chennai. 18-year-old Saran Vikram from Chennai and veteran racer Radha Selvarajan stole the show by winning both races of the Formula Swift and Saloon cars respectively.
