Maruti Suzuki's Alto has set yet another record. This time it isn't a manufacturing record, but a mileage one. In an event held in New Delhi, the car recorded a credit worthy 415 kpl. The top ten cars recorded an equally eye-popping average of 36.5 kpl. The fuel efficiency was achieved by customers invited by the company for a mileage event, where the cars were driven at a constant 50-55 kph in top gear to
achieve maximum mileage.
