Mahindra And Mahindra is strengthening its presence in China. The company's Farm Equipment Sector has formed a JV with Jiangsu Yueda Yancheng Tractor Manufacturing (Yancheng Tractor), a leading Chinese tractor manufacturer. Mahindra will hold 51 per cent in the JV through its subsidiary, Mahindra Overseas Investment Company (Mauritius) Ltd. This is M&M's second tractor venture in China, the first being the Mahindra China Tractor Company or the former Jiangling Tractors.
