We're Confirming nothing, But we have heard that Nissan's been mulling this over while even the new X-Trail is likely to be an expensive CR-V rival, the car-like Murano would make a great deal of sense as a luxury SUV for India, The first-gen Murano was a massive hit in the USA and Europe with its funky looks, impressive road manners and reasonable fuel economy [for an SUV at leastl, and Nissan's trying to provide more of the same with the new one.
The styling has been toned, but it's still a fairly low, sleek sort of SUV, easy to get in and out of, and easy to drive, As with the original, there'll be a very extensive list of standard equipment so choices are largely restricted to shades of paint. Nissan promises it's improved the cabin, which is now very cossetting indeed.
