PS Vita could be expanded to includeFlash support. Sony has given up the flash support yet on itsPlayStation Vita. This confirmed the PlayStation Software DevelopmentExecutive Muneki Shimada at the weekend in an interview with themagazine industry Impress Watch.
According to speculation, Sony iscurrently in negotiations with Adobe to make the pant pockets maymake by-console update on the web-compatible format. Through thesupport of the PlayStation Vita browser could then also display Flashcontent. In October, the Japanese company had announced that thelaunch of the handheld will not support Flash. The reasons for thisdecision are likely to Adobe Flash developers, who confirmed a fewdays later, no longer want to flash support for browsers on mobiledevices. Whether the two companies do not find a solution for the PSVita remains to be seen.
