Hi,everyone
Title says it all. I have a tech coming out tomorrow, but I doubt I would be able to fix it. They even tell me what the screen is set out that must be replaced.

Yes there is really nothing to do (at least I do not think so, because the problem is with the LCD, not the software or anything), besides to be replaced and hopefully get a good one.
The only way to fix it is replacing. It is a physical failure of the group itself should be replaced with a good one to cure the problem. If that replaces it is not good, tell Dell and try again basically.
I'm trying to get replaced problem is that I do not know if they will replace it with a good thing. Any clue on how to do that?
I think if you open the LCD screen clean and sand it usually sets the grain.
Well coming from a technology question, has nothing to lose by telling you. Just ask if you are new or refurbished.
I tried, but he said there was only one model in the store. I told him the part number, but I do not give any clue about what it was. I will call and try again.
Try again ... not only that the part number I gave him was taken by the system, but I also got a call from Dell within hours, saying they were part fulfilling the order.
Hahah well you tried to call and ask dell? It would seem to be getting a new system.
