THIS SPUNKY COMPACT is perfect for a night out. It crackles into life in under two seconds and is packed with features, including (drunken) face detection, "intelligent" ISO selection to reduce smearing caused by drunkenness and an excellent stabilisation system handy when you're drunk. Pictures from the FS3 are sharp and clean, with heaps of detail and framing is easy thanks to an excellent LCD, which handles most lighting conditions. An Easy Zoom function whips the Leica lens out to 3X zoom at the touch of a button, saving you from zoom-knob faffing.
