Thread: How is EOS Rebel X

I do not know much about these kinds of camcorders. Or any photographic camera for that issue. My mom has an mature Cannon EOS Insurgent X Negatives SLR. I want to get her a DSLR but without emptying your wallet. I want one that is a reasonable update to that one. How is the T3i? Also is it real that the contacts for SLR are still transferable to the new DSLR's?

I just desired to add that the present 18-55 kit zoom capability for the T3i contributes so little to the program cost that it is value getting as aspect of the buy. You could buy the T3i system alone, use only the old contacts but I do not suggest that. As the present contacts will be completely suitable with modern TTL display, but the old contacts may not. In any occasion the present contacts is limited to auto focus faster as well as may be calmer.

The T3i is a fantastic DSLR photographic camera and it is completely suitable with Cannon EF contacts which are the contacts your mom probably has. She will be able to use auto-focus with the EF contacts as well.

I would for sure get some contacts but at least she can use the old ones to have some to begin with. I was informed if she is not going to do any movie than maybe look into the t2 what do you people think? is the cost distinction value the t3i if she does not do video? she is not an expert by any indicates. And any cash I can preserve without compromising too much excellent would be excellent than maybe I can convert around and get her a contacts or something.

The T2i is nearly as excellent as the T3i. So this comes down to exactly what the cost distinction is. I would certainly opt for the T2i with new 18 to 55 over the T3i as a system only buy without contacts.

Just examined on amazon and the costs for a t21 and t31 are generally the same. I see a program with the t2 with the 18-55 contacts for the t3i with same contacts actually so might as well get that one. Been trying to understand about the contacts someone said there is a big distinction between the EF as well as the EF-S but it looks like this camcorders can do both? can you validate that for me.

EF is full frame, which is what the old Negatives movie camcorders were. EF-S is the same technical contacts install so both contacts can be fixed to any EOS Canon but with the optics developed for small sized indicator of the Insurgent that is T2i and T3i physiques. As a realistic concept for Cannon customers, old EF contacts will be less expensive because they are old, while new EF-S contacts will be less expensive than new EF contacts because they are a little bit smaller. So the EF-S contacts that comes with a present Insurgent will be fantastic for the Insurgent but not perform well at all with the old Negatives movie SLR.

Some Cannon customers do not consider EF-S contacts because they are assured that at some point they will enhance themselves to the complete shape EOS 5D sequence which cannot use a EF-S contacts. But many Cannon Insurgent entrepreneurs never create that leap, so that reasoning drops smooth for them. Likely that was the resource of the guidance you saw regarding the big difference between EF and EF-S.
