BenQ today unveiled its slim T800 digital camera that just 14.9mm thick. DC T800 packed 7-megapixel camera has a 3-inch touch screen display. It features include "super shake-free" function, Face-Tracking function and offer 2000 ISO photos, 6400 ISO movies, record video in MPEG 4 format at 640 x 480 at 30 fps .The upgrade to the T700 is expected to be available in Latin America, Europe and Asia.
