Olympus Digital Camera,
What is it? In short, a compact camera that promises images as crisp and clear as a DSLR. It does away with the glass prism that makes DSLRs so bulky so the shell can be carved down to pocket size.
Will it work? We've got a good feeling about micro four-thirds (MFT) cameras. With large sensors and spec sheets that read like those of an SLR there's a good chance they'll be, er, massive.
Build it or bin it? Not for us to say. this one. It may be a concept but Olympus has already stated its intention to put this into production in early 2009. We hope they do.
