No matter how big LCD or LED TVs get, projectors will always find their way into boardrooms and living rooms-cum-theatres. With 3D becoming the talk of the town and given the fact that there will always be a demand for projectors, the manufacturers have started adding a third dimension to them.

Acer was the first to come up with a 3D projec¬tor in India. Now others are fol¬lowing suit. Viewsonic recently dished out a short-throw 30¬ready projector-the PJD5352¬that can put up a display of 50 inches from a 3 ft distance. One may argue what good a 3D-ready office projector would be for of¬fice and business use. Even, if you manage to make your presenta¬tion and render third dimensional images.

However, if you keep the 3D issue aside, this projector is in for some serious business. Keystone correction works well. The presence of two VGA ports mean you and the boss can connect to the projec¬tor at the same time. This makes switching between two screens convenient. It projects bright images with a native resolution of 1024x768 on the screen. It's good for displaying Office layouts or Excel sheets. However, using it for projecting games won't pro¬duce desirable results. Also a full scale Composite port would have been a meaningful addition.
