Cheats:

(i)To unlock all riders go to "motogp.cfg" then type
'game/unlock_all_riders = true' save these changes when closing.
(ii)To unlock all tracks go to "motogp.cfg" then type,
'game/unlock_tracks = true'
save these changes when closing.
