Previous year Left 4 Dead unleashed a harrowing and entertaining vision of what it is similar to to be on both sides of the zombie apocalypse. Whether you were photographing your way through hordes of infected en route to possible rescue, or scheming with your fellow superpowered zombies in an attempt to choke, eviscerate, and otherwise kill the intrepid survivors, Left 4 Dead was enormously fun. The just actual drawback was the shortage of message. Left 4 Dead 2 does not have this trouble, offering 5 latest campaign maps that can be enjoyed across 5 uniquely engaging game modes.

These campaigns are more diverse, more atmospheric, and more exciting, thanks mostly to the stellar level planned. Left 4 Dead 2 so develop on the actual in almost each other way, featuring latest weapons, new items, new enemies, and new survivors that create the game richer across the board. Though the core action remains largely same, the widespread improvements create Left 4 Dead 2 still excellent than its effective predecessor. This is one zombie apocalypse you do not need to miss.


The heart of Left 4 Dead 2 is the 5 campaign graphs that assume the survivors by a wide types of terrain in the Deep South. From murky swamplands to a creepy carnival ground, from flooded suburbs to claustrophobic city streets, each environment is detailed and immersion. Clever construct touches abound, few of which are hints that show you which way to progress. It is deceptively simple to acquire turned around, especially since you are not the just ones who have been leaving piles of bodies around. Left 4 Dead 2's surrounds help tell a story, and as you travel by the remains of a massive government-formed evacuation effort, you acquire an excellent sense of how it entire went down. The campaigns just string together to create one long adventure, and though the oppressive, desperate mood seethes more potently this time around, there is even lots of levity and high-effect excitement.
