AMD is expected to launch in December 2011 its new line of mobilegraphics cards Radeon HD7000M laptop part of which could be onlyRadeon HD6000M rebadgees while others would benefit from a new fineengraving in 28nm.


Specifically, it was the Radeon HD7000Mentry level in the series that would take a Seymour etching 40nm andnot 28nm. We will find the Radeon HD7430M, HD7450M, and HD7470MHD7490M, versions based on current Radeon HD6400M. The Radeon HD7000Mcode-named Thames, Chelsea, Wimbledon and Heathrow else they wouldbenefit from an engraving in finer 28nm.





All this is obviously to take theconditional pending official information from AMD. Launch HD7000MRadeon graphics cards for laptops in the month of December, however,is very likely. We can therefore expect to see notebooks equippedwith GeForce or Radeon 600M HD7000M be presented at the CES 2012 showwhich runs from January 10 to 13 in Las Vegas, for availabilityduring the first quarter of 2012.
