Ed Boone, the chief developer of theNetherrealm Studios, has just introduced a tweet with the strongrumor mill to a boil. He announced for the near future "unexpectedsurprise". This statement may include, among other things thatmay Netherrealm Studios will announce a new game.


End of September we reported that forthe year 2013 a new game in the Mortal Kombat series is planned . Itwould suggest, therefore, that Netherrealm Studios will officiallyannounce the project soon. But as Ed Boone in another Tweet said, isthe surprise in question not related with this project.
