Polished' is a word hackneyed in video game comments. Classically used to describe impressive presentation, it's typically frowned upon by readers and writers alike. It's measured to be proof of lazy writing, a word used to front a lack of technical information on more precise constituents.
Yet I could pardon writers deficient to employ it to describe Uncharted 2's impressive presentation. But it's not pretty the right word, in my estimation. My option would be 'classy', purely because Uncharted 2 is further proof of an ever more apparent class separate that survives between gaming's chasing pack and its superior.
