Kotaku is reporting that the host of GameTrailers TV, Geoff Keighley, has declared on his Twitter that Halo: Reach's worldwide opening will happen at the Spike Videogame Awards.

Voting for the Spike VGAs has released and you'll be able to vote for your preferred games in 28 dissimilar categories. The actual broadcast begins on December 12th at 8 p.m.
