In Fallout: New Vegas is not an addon for RPG Fallout 3, but a standalone program. Fallout: New Vegas currently produced on behalf of Bethesda the developer Obsidian (Neverwinter Nights 2, Knights of the Old Republic 2). Fallout: New Vegas: Half dead you will find the robot Victor in the desert in Fallout: New Vegas there's no birth at the beginning. On the contrary it starts as an almost-dead body into the RPG. In an errand you will be fired by unknown persons in the head letting you back in the Mojave Desert.

Then it's even in a psychological test at the end of the game you propose capabilities that have emerged from your responses.
