Stuart Black, currently a designer at Codemasters Guildford and mind behind the upcoming shooter Bodycount , ledert in the interview with the Guardian against his former employer, Electronic Arts and builds to working with Codemasters.
The individual people are behind a game. That not enough is being respected. For example, Blizzard or Valve, to have continuity in filling their bodies and it shows in their software. They build the ideas and issues behind their games, thus winning the title by and by it. The teams, however, which change constantly, stumble. Let's take EA as an example. I think [EA] does not have much respect for individuals in teams. The individual team members are only building blocks that they assemble indiscriminately.
From realism in games Stuart Black holds little. Like his predecessors in the spirit Black Bodycount shootings spectacular marina will turn around, which have little to do with reality.
