The dispute between Infinity Ward and Activision's staff in the next round. As G4 a report, Activision has a group of former and current employees at Infinity Ward filed a class action against the publisher.
The 38-member group asked Activision for the payment of outstanding bonuses, royalties, profit participation and stock options with a total of up to 125 million U.S. dollars. So far, $ 28,000,000 had been paid, at least 54 million stood still.
Bruce Isaacs, the lawyer for the group told G4:
"Activision owes my clients about 75 to 125 million U.S. dollars. Activision has retained the bulk of money to force my clients to remain partly against their will at Infinity Ward and finish Modern Warfare 3rd Many of my clients would not do that."
