Acer has confirmed it will unveil its range of shelves at a presentation Nov. 23 in New York. Last May, the CEO Gianfranco Lanci, Acer has shown a prototype panel 7 inch screen and physical running Android. It is therefore quite likely that this model is in the range. The latest rumors from Taiwan , models 5 and 10 inches are also planned.

Acer has opted for an ARM architecture which could take up a Snapdragon processor (Qualcomm) or Tegra 2 (Nvidia). Gingerbread Android version is prior restraint but also certain sounds evoke Windows 7.

Pieter Ickx, regional manager of the manufacturer had said "we want to validate the OS that will provide the best experience. Thus, we must know if Windows is the product that best suits all needs."
