USB 3.0 is a comparatively innovative specification for USB and is significantly faster than USB 2.0. Although there is not still wide acceptance ASUS has declared they will be containing USB 3.0 in many of their prospect and yet current products.

ASUS is proud to proclaim that it formed the first motherboards well-matched with USB 3.0, and many more are now obtainable. As well as the Eee Box 1510U and 1210U, ASUS has also completed their N Series laptops and their Eee PC 1018, 1016 and 1015 prepared for USB 3.0. They are strong proponents of the specification and have specified prospect products will be intended with USB 3.0 in mind.
