Computex 2011 which is being held in Taipei is an opportunity for Lenovo to introduce its new 10-inch IdeaPad Netbook S100 in a version equipped with an Atom processor N435 Pineview MeeGo and a system based on Linux. Unsurprisingly, it looks much like the IdeaPad S100 announced in early January.It was announced with a glossy panel with a resolution of 1024 × 600 tandard.
Sascha de Netbooknews could get their hands on a copy of the Lenovo IdeaPad S100 equipped with a sub MeeGo Pineview Atom N435 clocked at 1.33 GHz, the same team that the Asus Eee PC X101 also under MeeGo.
So, Sascha believes that Lenovo IdeaPad S100 should also receive a fee of 199 dollars, and with a 3-cell battery to keep as low a price.The autonomy, however, would be correct because after 6 to 7 hours of battery operation in a row.
The keyboard of the Lenovo IdeaPad S100 is responsive and pleasant to use but the touchpad without buttons shallow request an adjustment period. On the left are present the power connector, VGA, an air vent, USB 2.0 and audio ports on the right then there are 2 more USB 2.0 and Ethernet port.
