The Asus G1 15.4 "laptop was released in late 2006 and recently Asus has updated that model with the Santa Rosa based G1S. This G1S defies traditional categorization since it provides gaming performance while maintaining the ability of a cell phone. Typically, portable games are isolated to large entertainment style laptops that have low battery life. However, the powerful Asus G1S can provide excellent performance multimedia and gaming, while others with a portable good battery life.
