My new phone is the 8800 sirocco. I have noticed that every time I use the phone to make or receive phone calls, the audio capability on the earpiece headset is pretty poor. But when the volume is on 1, it is very clear, but above that you cannot hear anything clearly. By 4-5 the earpiece screeches and rattles, and on 10 it is completely inaudible. Is this a problem with the design? Or just poor craftsmanship? The 8800 had better quality audio and was perfect. Any suggestions are welcome. Please feel free to post.
