Default Is constant charging bad for bluetooth headsets?

Hi, just bought a Jabra easygo headset to use with Skype.
I don't want the battery reaching 0% in the middle of my conversations, so I'm thinking of leaving it always connected to the usb to charge, and disconnect it from usb only when I have a call.

I'm not sure though if this will kill the headset in notime or not.. Any advice?

    Hiiii Friend,

I read your post about headset problem but i think continuous charge to your headset will harmful. Everyday for a particular time you charge that headset with USB charger so it will make battery life good. So when you wanna talk on call first check that your headset's battery is fully charge then you enjoy continuous calling.
