Most of the phones do not come with this kind of memory but have expansion in the form of SD, microSD and miniSD. The most common flash standards, SD is the oldest and largest form factor. MiniSD and microSD have been spawned and recent advances mean you can get a 16GB microSD card; which means 16 GB on the size of your thumbnail.
