T-cell UK has established a novel entry-level smart cell called the Vivacity. The Vivacity charterstics Android 2.3 Gingerbread and has a 3.5” screen.

The 118g (4.16oz) Vivacity measures 115mm x 58mm x 10.5mm (4.53in x 2.28in x 0.41in) and chartertics a 5 megapixel camera. The 3.5”screen packs WVGA (480 x 800 pixel) result, and the cell has 512MB of RAM and supports microSD cards up to 32GB in capacity. T-cell says that the adds cell is good for 4 hours of talk time or up to 8 days of standby.

The Vivacity is available in either black or white color schemes and can be purchased at T-cell data or online today. It is 99 GBP (US$153) on a Pay As You Go ideas, or free with a 24 month network and a 10 GBP per month ideas.
