Undermentioned the success of theoriginal Virtua Cop, the coders at Sega have followed it up with, youguessed it,Virtua Cop 2. Virtua Cop 2 follows the lives of threeofficers and their exploits in the field of crime fighting. Do notask me to explain how a 2 player game can have three main characters,I just do not experience. Really, I do not think that the gameexperiences either. Suffice to tell that you can just play this gameon 2 players.
The graphics in this game simplysurpasses those of the original. No longer are everything the enemiesrefuses from Reservoir Dogs or additional Blues Brothers who requiredthe cash. Today, there are many different foes, some from Platoon, the cargo loader from Aliens, and also George Michael. Thesecharacters experience their parts considerable and always acquire totheir entrances with time. They even fall off buildings and crashthrough conveniently placed wooden crates.
Everything the joking apart, thegraphics for Virtua Cop 2 are wondering. Depending upon where youstrike the foe, their bodies react dis-similarly. Record them in thehead and they acquire tore above backwards, shoot them in the groinand they fall forward, clutching themselves. Even, there are manymore interactive background items as compared to in the last edition. You can blast bottles, windows, lighting fixtures, fruit, almostanything. If there is a car in front of you, easily shoot out a tireand see it jackknife across the road. Your bullets will also mark thewalls behind your opponent. Though they may not be the best polygonsyou have always seen, they surely are few of the smoothest. Visually, this game only could not be much better.
Several of the voices in Virtua Cop 2are still not CD quality. Every boss has a taunt that they mumble atyou; it takes a couple of tries before you can understand it. Manypeople complained about this in the first Virtua Cop and it'ssurprising that they didn't fix it for the second time around.
