The majority of Android smartphones areequipped with a keyboard in a large touch screen, which disturbs manyusers prefer the ergonomics of a physical keyboard. The manufacturerproposes the Motorola Pro, a device that attempts a compromisebetween the world of Google and the design of the BlackBerry fromRIM.

Motorola Pro sports a rather austerelook, which ranks a priori as a business smartphone. No frills: theassembly is clean, good quality materials, but the aesthetics of thewhole is pretty ugly. Nothing is pushing so far, some are just verypleased to have a discreet phone.



The weight of the phone is moreimportant announced by Motorola: 135 grams instead of 120 grams. Themanufacturer has however assured that our test version was heavierthan the retail version (note that without the battery, the Proweighs 105 grams). The Pro is not asheavy for its size and withstandard smartphone he knows to be forgotten in a pocket.

Motorola has not attempted to do in theoriginal. The Pro's keyboard is a perfect replica of that of theBlackBerry. The keys have the same curved shape, very convenient toimprove the accuracy of typing. The only difference is the resistanceof the keys of Motorola is significantly higher than that of akeyboard device, and it is finally not so bad.
