Communication around the iPhone 4S continues. Unveiled last week at a press conference in San Francisco, the latest smartphone from Apple is obviously highly anticipated. While AT & T said last week it had received more than 200,000 reservations in 12 hours, it's time for the Cupertino company to unveil some very good numbers.

In a statement released yesterday, Apple said to have smashed the previous record held by pre-order the iPhone 4. If it had reached 600,000 bookings, the iPhone 4S is much better. Indeed, the latest addition to the iPhone family has been pre-ordered more than one million times. An excellent score, which takes the opposite view to criticism from many observers.

In his presentation, the iPhone was relatively 4S singled out for its resemblance too much with the previous model. Some felt that the new device did not meet expectations, certainly very high, many analysts. Indeed, the iPhone 4S simply because in the end a more powerful processor, a larger memory, a sensor for better quality voice and an assistant.

Given the volume of pre-orders, we must believe that the traditional shortcomings of the iPhone, as the eternal lack of Flash support, influence in any way consumer choice. Too bad if this smartphone suffers from some deficiencies in relation to competition, customers are still in the appointment. And it's certainly not Apple is going to complain, saying "blown away by the incredible enthusiasm of customers."
