While a number of phones (the Nokia E50, the i-mate Flip, to name a couple) are available in this range, none of them were released this year. So this category too goes vacant. Of course, we would LOVE it if companies came out with phones in this segment.

This was one of the most hotly contested categories with the Windows Mobile offerings from HTC and HP taking on the Symbian devices from Nokia. In the end, it was the E61i that prevailed by dint of offering a full-fledged QWERTY keyboard, Wi-Fi and an office suite that allowed users to view as well as edit MS Office files. Yes, its camera could have been better, but after all, this was the enterprise segment!

This was the most decisive victory of them all. The Communicator is considered by many to be the best enterprise device, and especially its 2007 avatar. It had every thing a QWERTY keypad, push mail, GPS, an office suite, two displays and every sort of connectivity. Yes, it cost a bomb, but then people were willing to pay for it. Small wonder that it won by a mile, although the 02 Flame did have its supporters!
