Creative's added a generous three-inch touchscreen to the X-Fi and unlike most of the players here. it has headphones so good you don't need to replace them. Tunes are warm detailed and full with bass aplenty, while the "X-Fi Crystalizer" does a decent job of buffing MP3. Add FLAC support, a microSD slot and an AV out for hooking the player to a TV and you have a real winner. Okay, the touchscreen volume control is hopeless and the Wi-Fi of the original X-Fi has been dumped but come on, who used that anyway?
