MSI introduces a new version of its 13.3-inch ultraportable X-Slim X370 in Brazos AMD platform at Computex 2011. It is indeed equipped with an APU Zacate Dual Core E-450.

The APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) Zacate Dual Core E-450 differs from the APU E-350 so far announced for the X370 MSI X-Slim by its slightly higher frequency (1.65 GHz instead of 1.6 GHz) but especially its graphics.

It is indeed not a Radeon HD6310M at 492 MHz as Zacate Dual Core E-350 but a Radeon HD6320M which can be clocked at 508 MHz or 600 MHz. Turbo mode may therefore be available for this APU Zacate Dual Core E-450.

If MSI does not always indicate the presence of the APU for its X-Slim X370 on its official site, such an ultraportable equipped with the Dual Core Zacate E-450 and indeed showcased at Computex 2011.

The new X370 MSI X-Slim in Brazos platform was unveiled in black and white versions on the stand of the mark. It weighs 1.4 kg, measures only 23mm thick and has a range announced 10 consecutive hours on battery.
