Kingston has announced a new series ofSSD formats to SATA 2.5 inch and 3.0 with JMicron controller, theSSDNow V200. Based on a JMicron controller JMF66x, SSDs SSDNow V200incorporate flash memory MLC (Multi-Level Cell) and operate in SATA3.0 (6 Gb / s).


Flow rates are from 260 MB / s read and100MB / s write for the 64GB model, respectively 300 MB / s and 190Mb / s for the 128 GB version and 300 MB / s and 230 Mb / s for the256 GB model is also talk of 32,000 IOPS random read 4K for 64/256 GBSSD and 36,000 IOPS for SSD of 128 GB.
