The HP Pavilion dm3 is the most recent addition to the Pavilion series of notebooks.

The Pavilion dm3 can be configured with either an AMD or Intel processor. Discrete GPUs are accessible for gaming and processing HD video. The notebook has a 13.3 inch LED display. It also features the HD BrightView technology which creates the display viewable in bright locations.

The Pavilion dm3 is completed of lightweight aluminum and weighs just 4.2 pounds. It measures less than 1 inch in width, thanks to the lack of an optical drive. HP maintains that the device will present up to 10 hours of battery life.
