With its air of BlackBerry , the Acer E130 beTouch looks like the first Android smartphone with a touchscreen and a physical keyboard on the front. It is provided with version 1.6 of the operating system from Google, but Acer promises an update to Android 2.1 "before the end of the year."
Side configuration, the E130 features a 2.6 inch touch screen, 256 MB RAM, 512 MB of internal storage plus a 2GB memory card, a digital camera with 3 megapixel camera, Bluetooth wireless connections, WiFi and that GPS. It is equipped with the panoply of Google services (Gmail, Maps, YouTube, Street View).
This smartphone will be available for preview at SFR, Virgin Mobile and Telandcom from 18 August and in September NRJ Mobile and bank branches in CIC. Acer says it can find from 1 euro package operator.
